The Air Rampager is an air unit for the Substrate.
Light gunship, effective at harassment and against small groups of units.
Background
This lightly protected assault unit uses its twin dispersed plasma beams to decimate tightly packed ground units. Its Rainmaker Turret provides additional support by firing exploding rounds that shred weaker opponents, though it does little damage to foes that are more heavily fortified. Fast and deadly for harassment and against light targets.

Game Usage
- Air Rampager is slower than the pair of Dominator and Punisher and usually falls behind if travel in a group together. This makes it require some babysitting to ensure enemy ASF and ground anti-air units don't pick it off the trail of the air army. This also makes the Rampager unable to retreat in most situations, having to commit to do damage before going down.
- Air Rampager is quite expensive and if scouted and countered, can go down very quickly to ASFs. Thus, there should be enough info to make a decision to build them.
- Air Rampager performs worse than Punishers on Dreadnoughts and Juggernauts. However, it is superior vs everything else and should be the go-to choice if air-to-ground harass is required.
