Using the GrantTech command, the player or AI can be given free Quantum Upgrades. The GrantTech needs to be inside of a Trigger, like so:

Tech To Grant
Both Factions
- Weapons - Unit, building and Orbital Ability damage.
- HPs - Unit health.
- BuildingHPs - Building health.
- Radar - Radar range.
- NexusHPs - Nexus health.
PHC Only
- MetalStorage - Metal storage.
- RadsStorage - Radioactives storage.
To grant Logistics, use the GrantStuff command.
